Pay Online for the selected ride package and you will recieve a ride confirmation including your driver's name and the vehicle via text at the number you provided. Zelle is preferred but other options are available.

Economy $45 upfront deposit.-.65 -.75 cents per minute depending on time of day and traffic conditions.
LUX - $70 upfront deposit-.85 cents - $1.17 per minute. depending on time of day and traffic conditions
As always any unused portion of your payment will be refunded - and any time exceeding your booked duration can be settled at the end of your ride.
That's it!
Your driver will arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. You will be notified via text when your driver is in route and when they arrive. The meter will begin running at the scheduled pick up time. If your ride concludes before the end of your scheduled duration you will be refunded the difference of what you paid and what the meter reads and minus any tips you wish to offer your driver.

We flew in for a game at NRG and our Driver Byron was very courteous and was even already waiting for us when Greg wasn't feeling well and we had to leave the game early. We called him to see if he could come early and he was already waiting for us. It was our first time using Rapport Rides but whenever we come to Houston we will be reaching out. Great Service!
